Behaviour does not change through information alone. Understanding human thinking and context are crucial. 

Most training programmes transfer knowledge. The Human Insight Academy focuses on human thinking and changes behaviour.


The difference lies in the methodology: we always work from behavioural science, so that participants not only understand what they need to do differently — but also how the context around them needs to be structured to support it.

01 - Scientific framework

Theory with immediate relevance

Every module begins from a scientifically grounded framework — compact, distilled and presented in a way that is immediately recognisable in participants' own working situation.

02 - Own context central

Practice with real-life cases

Participants bring their own challenges. No fictional role-plays — analysis and guidance of real issues from their daily practice.

03 - Behavioural embedding

From insight to lasting behaviour

Every module ends with concrete behavioural commitments and an embedding plan. Optional: follow-up sessions to prevent regression to old patterns.
