"Creativity is intelligence

having fun"

- Albert Einstein

Creativity and innovation are two of the most important 21st-century skills for every employee (WEF, 'Future of Jobs Report').

Fortunately, these skills can be trained!

Your goal might be increasing your individual creativity or becoming more innovative as a team. It could also be learning to foster more creativity among your team members or how to steer the innovation culture within your organisation as a manager.

In our rapidly changing world innovation is essential for organisations wanting to remain successful and agile. Innovative power makes the difference between stagnation and progress.

However, many organisations still hold on to outdated methods, such as traditional brainstorming sessions, even though research shows that these strategies don’t work.

Recent research from psychology, neuroscience, and business administration offers new insights into how to break through ingrained thinking and behavioural patterns and stimulate innovation at all levels of the organisation.

So, how do you put this into practice? Well, that’s exactly what we’ll be focusing on in this training!

Our trainers are passionate professionals with extensive experience in transferring knowledge. Expect no dry theoretical sessions, but an interactive workshop that inspires and motivates participants to get started right away.

Reviews

"Els clearly knows how to deliver a great workshop. The day was completely tailored to our needs and very interactive. Highly recommended!"

Anne Starkie-Alves, European Commission

A really useful workshop. What I liked most about it was that the workshop was tailor-made to fit our needs.

Because we were working on our own cases, I got to apply the new tools and techniques in a very hands-on way. I can now take these tools and insights back home with me."
